However, some ordinary microfiber leather needs to undergo toluene reduction treatment, some use solvent based polyurethane containing DMF, and some require the addition of various additives during the production process. Therefore, the produced microfiber leather is difficult to meet the odorless testing requirements for automotive interiors. Therefore, in order to obtain a suede microfiber leather with a small odor, it is necessary to first start with raw materials, choose alkali reduced island fibers and waterborne polyurethane resin, without using organic solvents. Secondly, the additives added in the production process must not contain organic solvent components and undergo odor testing. Third, during the production process, the coagulant and circulating washing water should be kept clean and regularly purified or replaced.
